William Leo Quintanilla

William L. Quintalla, M.Ed. is a Vocational Rehabilitation and Life Care Planning Expert witness from Houston, Texas. He got his Master’s Degree in Education in Counseling and Guidance from Our Lady of the Lake University at San Antonio, Texas in the year of 1973. He has also Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from St. Mary's University at San Antonio, Texas in 1969. He served as a Probation Officer at Bexar County Juvenile Department at San Antonio, Texas during 1969 to 1970. He was also Rehabilitation Counselor at Texas Rehabilitation Commission at San Antonio, Texas during 1970 to 1973. He was Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at Veterans-Administration at San Antonio, Texas during 1973 to 1980. He was also Program Manager/ Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at United States, Department of Labor, Office of Workers Compensation at Houston, Texas during 1980 to 1984. He is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor by Texas Board of Examiners. He is a member of American Association for Counseling and Development. He got Rehabilitation Association Research of the Year Award in 1973 and Superior Performance Award at Veterans Administration in 1975. He got also Superior Performance Award at United States Department Labor in 1983.
