William Kenneth Katsaris, M.S., also known as Ken Katsaris, is a criminology expert witness from Florida. He completed his Associate of Arts in 1965 from the St. Petersburg Florida Junior College in the year 1965 and then completed his Bachelor of Science in 1967 and his Master of Science in 1971 from the Florida State University at Tallahassee, Florida. He also completed his Post Masters Studies in 1982 from the Nova University at Fort Lauderdale, Florida. William Katsaris started his career as a City of St. Petersburg in Florida as a Police Officer/Jail Officer and was later elected as Sheriff of Leon County. During his time as the Sherriff, he was instrumental in catching and arresting serial killer Theodore Robert Bundy (Ted Bundy) by identifying his bite marks who infamously murdered about 30 women. Currently, William Katsaris is an independent consultant, trainer and litigation consultant at Tallahassee, Florida.
