Dr. William Neil Charman, Ph.D., also known as Bill Charman, is a pharmaceutical chemistry expert witness from Alabama. He completed his B.Pharm. in 1981 from Victorian College of Pharmacy (now Monash University) and then earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 1985 from the University of Kansas. He further earned his D.Sc. in 2011 from the University of London.
