Dr. William J. Banner, Jr., M.D., Ph.D. is a toxicology expert witness from Oklahoma. He has medical practitioner’s license from the state of Oklahoma and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Banner completed his B.S. in Physical Science in 1973 from the Memphis State University and then earned his M.D. in 1976 from the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine. He also completed his Ph.D. in 1982 from the University of Arizona. He further completed his internship and residency from the LeBonheur Children's Hospital, University of Tennessee and the Eastwood Hospital respectively and then completed his fellowship from the Arizona Health Sciences Center, University of Arizona. Currently, Dr. Banner is the attending physician at the Baptist Integris Medical Center and is the Medical Director of the Oklahoma Poison Control Center. He is also the Medical Consultant of the Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Units at the Southwest Center for Pediatric Environmental Health.
