Dr. William T. Baldwin, Jr., Ph.D., M.S., B.S. is an economic expert witness from Kentucky. He completed his B.S. in Commerce in 1966 from the University of Kentucky and earned his Ph.D. in Economics in 1975, also completed M.A. in Economics in 1969. After that, he completed his post-doctoral work in Finance for the year 1986 to 1990 from the same University. Currently, Dr. Baldwin is a Program Director of Business Administration at Transylvania University. He was attached with Kentucky Economic Association as a president for the year of 1986 to 1987 and also Assistant Professor of Economics at Georgetown College for the year of 1971 to 1977. He has many publications to his credit. He was a member of Financial Management Association, Southern Economic Association and National Association of Forensic Economics.
