Woolf’s background includes more than a decade with the Fairfax County Police Department as a detective and task force officer focused on trafficking, gangs, and exploitation. He coordinated regional and federal task forces and served as a court-certified expert in human trafficking, child exploitation, child abuse, and gang crime methodology. His academic work includes adjunct faculty appointments in criminology, and he has provided training for judges, prosecutors, and federal agencies.
