Dr. Walter Jerry Oakes M.D. is a neurosurgery expert witness from Alabama. He completed his A.B. in 1968 from the University of Missouri and his M.D. in 1972 from Duke University. He further completed his internship and his residency from Duke University Medical Center. He also completed more residencies from Toronto General Hospital and Hospital for Sick Children.
