He further completed his internship at Los Angeles County-Harbor General Hospital and then completed his residencies at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center and the University of Southern California-Los Angeles County Medical Center. He then completed his fellowship at Harvard University-Children's Hospital and Medical Center. He has a physician’s license from the state of California and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
