He completed his B.A. in Liberal Arts with Economics Major from LaSalle University at Philadelphia, PA in 1964 and then earned his M.A. in Occupational Safety and Health from New York University, New York City in 1979. He was also awarded Fellowship by OSHA to pursue Master Degree at New York University, Center for Safety. He was the Former OSHA Official, performed 792 OSHA inspections, trained OSHA inspectors and wrote OSHA Training Manual. Industrial Safety Consultant to Government, Industry, Labor, United Nations Agencies and Universities. Currently, he is Safety Specialist in Safety Research, Inc. at Audubon, New Jersey where he Provides consultation services to Industry, Labor, Government, Educational Institutions, Attorneys, United Nations Agencies, Employer Associations and International Agencies. He has also taught three credit hour course in Safety Management and Engineering, Burlington County College and has lectured as Assistant Adjunct Instructor in eight universities. He also has few publications to his credit. He is a member of American Public Health Association and American Society of Safety Engineers. He can also speak Spanish in addition to English.
