Dr. Estevez has worked as a labor economics consultant and testifying expert in both class action and single-plaintiff cases. In addition to litigation-related engagements, Dr. Estevez assists organizations with fair pay and pay equity assessments, audits conducted by agencies such as the OFCCP, EEOC, and California's Civil Rights Department, and the analysis of large employment datasets. His experience also includes the application of Big Data and artificial intelligence techniques in labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Estevez served as a Senior Managing Director at Welch Consulting for more than 17 years. He earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and his B.A. in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí in Panama.
