His firm’s lease auditing programs have resulted in significant financial recoveries for clients.

His background includes prior experience with the former Big 8 accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand and construction accounting for a major telecommunications company. He has overseen financial aspects of large-scale real estate developments, prepared and monitored construction budgets, and approved payments on major projects. Mr. Chelepis has also served as a mediator and provided expert testimony in real estate-related litigation.
