Dr. Timothy Scott Saar, Ph.D. is a psychology expert witness from Virginia. His expertise also includes family and marriage counseling and therapy. Currently, Dr. Saar is the Clinical Director of the Saar Psychological Group, PLLC and a Psychologist Consultant at the Disability Determination Section. He is also the Adjunct Professor at the West Virginia State University at Institute, West Virginia and the Marshall University Graduate College at South Charleston, West Virginia. Dr. Saar is married and has four children. He resides in West Virginia.
