Dr. Timothy Andrew Puckett, M.D., D.C., F.A.A.O.S. is an orthopedic surgery expert witness from Oklahoma. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan Chiropractic College and then completed his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He further completed his residency from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and his fellowship from Southern Illinois University. He has a physician's license from the state of Oklahoma and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Puckett is the Executive Chief of Staff of the OU Medical Center and the Dr. Henry James Freede Chair in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
