Dr. Timothy Cave Evans, M.D., also known as Tim Evans, is an emergency medicine expert witness from Virginia. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Chemistry in 1978 from the University of Virginia and then earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1983 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry. He further completed his residency at Allegheny General Hospital and then completed his fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry. He has a physician's license from the state of Virginia and is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Evans is an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University.
