Dr. Carter served on the faculty at MUSC until 2004, where he was involved in teaching and research, before relocating to Melbourne to address the medical needs of Brevard County. His extensive training and commitment to advancing the field of neurology underscore his expertise and influence in clinical neurophysiology.
