He also served as the Chief Resident during his last year of residency. He further completed fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry in 2003 from the Tulane University. Currently, he is maintains his private practice in Forensic Psychiatry at the Timothy S. Allen, M.D. PLLC. He also serves as Director of Forensic Services and Part Time Associate Clinical Professor at the UK Department of Psychiatry.
