He then served as a Post-Doctorate Fellow from 1976 to 1977 with NIH - Craniofacial Training Grant at the Department of Anatomy of the University of Virginia, School of Medicine at Charlottesville, Virginia. Currently, Dr. Sadler is the Adjunct Professor of Pediatrics and Consultant at the University of Utah. Formerly, he served as the Adjunct Professor of Embryology at the American University of the Caribbean at Caribbean, St Maarten. He has numerous publications to his credit.
