Previously, he held significant roles, including Applications and Engineering Security Manager for the Transportation Security Administration, where he reported directly to the Director of Enterprise Security.Mr. Jacobs has a diverse background in telecommunications, having served as Vice President of Network Operations for Sonova Networks and as Director of Information Technology and Senior Consultant at a leading telecommunications consulting firm. He also has expertise in eCommerce and Year 2000 services from his time at Ernst & Young's Ohio Valley Information Systems Advisory and Assurance Services. Early in his career, he worked as a systems engineer and project manager in the telecommunications industry, and he has a solid foundation in leadership and engineering with the US Air Force and Ohio Air National Guard.
