Thomas Hegyi

Dr. Thomas Hegyi M.D. is a pediatrics expert witness from New Jersey. He also has expertise in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. He has active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of New Jersey. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He completed his B.A. in Biology in 1969 from the Columbia University at New York, New York and then earned his M.D. in 1972 from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University at Bronx, New York. He finished his C.P.I. in Association of Clinical Research Professionals. He then pursued his internship and residency at the Department of Pediatrics of the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Currently, Hegyi is Co-Director of the Division of Neonatology at the Department of Pediatrics from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, he is Program Director of the Division of Neonatology at Department of Pediatrics from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, he is Professor of Pediatrics with tenure of the Department of Pediatrics from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and Vice-Chairman of Pediatrics for Academic Affairs at the Department of Pediatrics from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is a Fellow of the Babies Hospital at College of Physicians and Surgeons from the Columbia University of New York. He also has several publications to his credit.
