Mr. Fribley has authored technical manuals, owner’s guides, and policy and procedure manuals for multiple RV brands. He is a Certified Master RV Service Technician since 1993 and has served on committees with the RV Industry Association (RVIA) and the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstructionists.

He has been deposed and testified in multiple legal cases involving major RV manufacturers, serving both plaintiff and defense. His background includes military service in the U.S. Marine Corps and technical training in air traffic control and radar systems.
