Andrew has offered testimony on a broad range of forensic medical issues at the county, state or federal court level in numerous states and has never been denied expert status. His reputation for reliable objectivity has led to engagement by both the state and defense in criminal matters and both plaintiff and defense in civil litigation. He earned board certification in Pediatrics in 1985, Anatomic Pathology in 1991 and in Forensic Pathology in 1992. He had a long professional career. He was Resident in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio from 1982 to 1985. He was Chief Resident, Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio from 1985-1986. He was Resident in Anatomic Pathology at University Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio from 1988-1991. He was Fellow in Forensic Pathology from 1991-1992 at Office of Chief Medical Examiner, New York City, New York. He was City Medical Examiner at Office of Chief Medical Examiner, New York City, New York from 1992-1997. He was Acting Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, Richmond, County, (Staten Island), New York from April 1997 to September 1997 and he was Chief Medical Examiner in State of New Hampshire from September 1997 to September 2017.
