Dr. Theodore Jay Becker, Ph.D., R.P.T., C.E.T., C.E.A.S., C.D.E., C.D.A., C.C.I., F.A.C.F.E.I., D.A.B.D.A. is a Physical Therapy, Vocational Rehabilitation, Human Factors & Ergonomics, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Disability Analysis, Vocational Evaluation Expert witness from Everett, Washington.
