Terry P. Leslie

Mr. Terry P. Leslie M.Ed., A.B.V.E., C.R.C., L.P.C., D.A.B.V.E. is a vocational expert based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with an experience of 33 years. He was issued a professional counselor license by the state of Pennsylvania and rehabilitation practitioner license by the state of Maryland. He was certified by the American Board of Vocational Experts in and as a vocational expert and by Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor as a rehabilitation counselor. He graduated with a degree in bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences with a major in Sports Medicine from Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, MI in 1984, thereafter obtained his Master’s degree with a major in Counselor Education from Millersville University, Millersville, PA in 1987. In December 2010, he completed his Post-Master’s Certificate in Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN. At present he is the President of Leslie Vocational Consulting and has been there since 1993. Professionally he is also affiliated to the American Board of Vocational Experts, American Rehabilitation Economics Association, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and Lancaster (PA) Chamber of Commerce. He has a number of publications to his credit.
