Currently, Dr. Pavlakis is Director Pediatric Neurology of Brooklyn Hospital-Maimonides Combined, a Director Center for Brain and Behavior of Maimonides and also he is a Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology of Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, a member of the Pediatric Neurology Fellow in Neurological at the Institute Columbia Presbyterian Medical at the Columbia University and a Senior Fellow in Electromyography and Neuromuscular Diseases of Neurological Institute at the Columbia University. He also has several publications to his credit.
