Dr. Steven William Meier, M.D., F.A.A.O.S. is an orthopaedic surgery expert witness from California. He has active medical practitioner’s license from the state of California. He is also certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1989 from the Elmhurst College and then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1993 from the Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. He then completed internship in General Surgery in 1994 and residency in Orthopedic Surgery in 1998 from the Northwestern University School of Medicine. He further completed fellowship in Shoulder, Knee, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine in 1999 from the University of California San Diego and Southern California Permanente Medical Group. Currently, Dr. Meier is a Director of Meier Orthopedic Sports Medicine at Beverly Hills, California. Formerly, he served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of California at Irvine, California. Dr., Meier is the Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He also has many publications to his credit. He resides at California.com
