He has completed specialized coursework through institutions such as the Institute of Police Technology and Management and Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mr. Kean has provided courtroom testimony in multiple Virginia jurisdictions and has instructed numerous courses on crash investigation and reconstruction for law enforcement and legal professionals. His experience also includes service as a Military Policeman in the United States Marine Corps.
