Dr. Stephen Raymond Thom, M.D., Ph.D. is an emergency medicine expert witness from Pennsylvania. His expertise also includes undersea and hyperbaric medicine. At the same time he completed Ph.D. in Microbial Physiology also from the University of Rochester. He then completed internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Emergency Medicine from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, Maryland and the UCLA Hospital and Clinics at Los Angeles, California. He further completed his fellowship in Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine from the Memorial Medical Center at Long Beach, California. Currently, Dr. Thom is the Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland. He also served as Professor in Emergency Medicine in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He also has numerous publications to his credit. He resides in Pennsylvania.edu
