Currently, Dr. Shohet is Professor Emeritus and Departmental Consultant of Department of Laboratory Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Formerly, he served as an Associate in Herpetology at the California Academy of Sciences at San Francisco, California. He is a member of the Association of American Physicians. He also has many publications to his credit. He resides at California.com
