Stephen J. Nicolatus is an economics expert from Nevada. He completed a B.S. in Political Science at the University of Utah and an M.S. degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Arizona. He was awarded a Certificate in International Relations by the University of Utah.

He is a former adjunct faculty member with the University of Phoenix and has served as the University’s Utah Division Area Chair in Economics. In Utah, Nevada, and Montana, he has given expert testimony on economic and commercial valuation matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
