Dr. Stephen S. Marmer M.D., PH.D. is a psychiatry expert witness from California. He completed his B.A. in 1964 from the University of California and then completed his M.D. in 1968 from the USC Medical School. He further completed his Ph.D. in 1978 from the Southern California Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Marmer also completed his residency from the Southern California Psychoanalytic Institute.
