Dr. Sidney W. Binks, III, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., also known as Sid Binks, is a neuropsychology expert witness from the District of Columbia. She has psychologist’s licenses from the states of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virgin Islands and is certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Binks completed her B.A. in Biology in 1985 from the University of Steubenville and then earned her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology in 1990 followed by her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1992 from the George Washington University. She further completed her post-doctoral work at the National Institutes of Health. Currently, Dr. Binks is the Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychology at the George Washington University and is an Adjunct Professor at the Psychology Department of Howard University. Additionally, she is a forensic psychologist and faculty member at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital as well as a part time forensic psychologist at Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center. She also maintains her private practice in Washington, D.C.
