Since 2016, Dr. Saar-McPherson has also worked with Atlanta Psychoeducational Consulting, where she conducts psychoeducational and clinical evaluations and provides consultation for school systems and legal stakeholders. Her previous forensic roles include expert evaluation and court testimony for trauma, psychosexual concerns, and developmental disabilities.
She has prior clinical experience through private practices and hospitals, as well as academic appointments including Associate Professor at the University of Arizona Global Campus, teaching forensic psychology, neuropsychology, and psychopharmacology at the graduate level. Her earlier roles include program and grant management, faculty leadership, and curriculum development in higher education.
Dr. Saar-McPherson has served as an expert witness in both civil and criminal matters and is experienced in collaborating with legal professionals, government agencies, and schools in the interpretation and application of psychological evaluations.
