His consulting experience includes developing economic models, conducting statistical testing, estimating class damages, evaluating lost earning capacity, and preparing expert reports and declarations.

In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Malone teaches finance and statistics at Trinity University. Earlier in his career, he taught undergraduate courses in finance, investments, money and banking, and financial case studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where he also served as a research and teaching assistant.

Dr. Malone earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a B.A. in Financial Economics from Capital University. He has authored and co-authored publications on securities litigation, financial risk, and economic damages, and has provided deposition and trial testimony in state and federal litigation involving valuation, class actions, and economic analysis.
