Dr. Scott Mitchell Paul, M.D. is a physical medicine and rehabilitation expert witness from Maryland. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering Science in Bioengineering in the year 1980 from the Johns Hopkins University and then he earned his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine of the Tel Aviv University in 1985. He then completed his post-graduate medical training and residency at the Washington University in St Louis and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Bronx, New York. He further completed his fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation at the Rose F. Kennedy Center. Formerly, he served as the Chief of Physical Medicine at the Dayton Children's Medical Center and the Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Hospital for Sick Children in Washington, DC. Currently, Dr. Paul is the Research Coordinator for the Medical Staff Section of the Rehabilitation Medicine Department at National Institutes of Health. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering and the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He has numerous publications to his credit.
