Hilden Consulting LLC, where he has served as Principal since 2022, he has prepared Rule 26 expert reports and rebuttal reports, provided deposition testimony, and conducted litigation consultation.

His prior positions include Chief of Public Safety/Police and Emergency Management at Washtenaw Community College, Deputy Chief of Police and Lieutenant with Canton Township Public Safety, and earlier supervisory and patrol roles. His experience includes internal affairs investigations, use-of-force reviews, training, accreditation, patrol operations, records management, crime analysis, and school resource officer duties.
