In her academic leadership roles, she has been the Interim Dean at Longwood University (2022–2024) and held key positions at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, including Assistant Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Assistant Dean for MBA Admissions. Sara’s prior experience includes leading the Jefferson Scholars Undergraduate Scholarship Program at the University of Virginia and working as an Account Executive at Procter & Gamble. Her diverse career reflects a strong focus on operational strategy, leadership development, and organizational management, with a particular expertise in higher education administration and business development.
