Samuel Neil Smiley is a radiology expert witness from Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1979 in chemistry from Rice University and then he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1983 in medicine from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Samuel Neil Smiley is a certified radiologist by The American Board of Radiology.
Currently, Dr. Smiley is retired. Formerly, he was a staff radiologist at Radiology Partners.
