Currently, Dr. Baker is the Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Nevada. Prior to this, he was the Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering and Department Chair at Boise State University. Further before that, he was the Tenured Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Idaho.
He has additional knowledge in CMOS circuit design, analog integrated circuits, mixed-signal design, phase- and delay-locked loops, power MOSFET circuit design and delta-sigma techniques.
