. Dr. Rosalyn D. Pierce, M.A, C.R.C., graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park in 1973 and completed Masters of Arts from The University of Maryland, College Park in 1975. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification. She completed her training from The International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Spring Conference in April, 2005, also The American Board of Vocational Experts Spring Conference in March, 2005, The Pennsylvania and New Jersey Chapters of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Spring Conference in May, 2003, Risk Management Seminar sponsored by Proclaims, Inc. in November, 1992. She is currently affiliated as Adjunct Instructor to The Pennsylvania State University and Peirce College, Philadelphia, also Guest Lecturer in Temple University, Philadelphia. She selected as an Outstanding Young Woman of America by Board of Advisor in 1982.
