Ronald Lee Rosenberg

Dr. Ronald Lee Rosenberg, Ph.D., A.B.V.E., C.E.A. is a rehabilitation counseling expert witness from Pennsylvania. He has psychologist’s licenses from the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification. He is also a Certified Earnings Analyst certified by the American Rehabilitation Economics Association. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Vocational Experts. He completed his B.A. in Sociology, Magna Cum Laude in 1969 and then earned his M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1971 from the Boston University. He also completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 1989 from the New York University. He further completed his internship in Clinical Psychology in 1980 from the Benjamin Rush Mental Health Center at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Currently, Dr. Rosenberg is the Vocational Economic Expert and Rehabilitation Specialist and serves the forensic community. He also maintains his independent practice as a psychologist and career counselor. Formerly, he was the Consultant at the Charles Drew Mental Health/Mental Retardation Center. Prior to that, he was the Director of Vocational Programs and the Consultant for the Programs for Employing People at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
