Dr. Ronald Martinelli, Ph.D., B.C.F.T., C.F.A., C.L.S., also known as Ron Martinelli, is a forensic law enforcement expert witness from Texas. He competed his Bachelor of Science in 1973 from California Polytechnic State University and then completed his M.P.A. in 1979 from John F. Kennedy University. He also completed his second Master's degree in 1980 from Golden Gate University and then earned his Doctor of Philosophy in 1986 from Columbia Pacific University.
Ronald Martinelli is currently the Forensic Criminologist & Law Enforcement Training Consultant and the Federal/State Courts Qualified Police Practices & Premises Liability Expert at Martinelli & Associates Justice & Forensic Consultants, Inc.
He is also a Certified Medical Investigator at the physician’s level. He has expertise in officer and civilian-involved death cases, self-defense homicide, human factors and psycho-medical emergencies. He also has a diverse background and expertise in psychophysiology, human factors, mental health disorders and serious psychomedical presentations leading to in-custody death.
