Dr. Ronald Howard Blum, M.D. is an oncology expert witness from New York. He has an active medical practitioner’s license from the state of New York and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his A.B. in Biology in 1966 from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York and earned his M.D. with Thesis Honors in Psychiatry in 1970 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York. He then pursued his internship in Medicine and fellowship from the Baltimore City Hospitals affiliated with the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Department of Medicine Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine at Baltimore, Maryland. He was also trained in Medicine at the Veterans Administration Hospital, National Cancer Institute at Washington, D.C.. He also served as the Senior Medical Resident at the Boston City Hospital, Clinical Fellow in Medicine at the Harvard Medical School and Clinical Fellow in Medical Oncology at the Sidney Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School at Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Blum was the Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at New York City, New York. He has many publications to his credit. Currently, Dr. Blum is the member of the editorial board of the American Journal of Clinical Oncology.
