Dr. Roger Phillip Barton, M.D., also known as Phil Barton, is a pediatrics expert witness from Oklahoma. He completed his A.S. in Chemistry in 1984 from Connors State and then completed his B.S. in Chemistry in 1986 from Northeastern State University. He then earned his M.D. in 1988 from the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine. He further completed his internship, residency and his fellowship from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He has physician’s licenses from the states Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Currently, Dr. Barton practices at Providence Children's Hospital and El Paso Children's Hospital as well as a locum pediatric intensivist at Pediatric Intensivists of America, PLLC. He is also a pediatric critical care physician at Covenant Children's and Ochsner Hospital for Children.
