Roger William Barrette is a accident reconstruction and investagation expert witness from Illinois. He completed his A.A.S. in Criminal Justice in 1989 and his second A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 1995 from the College of Lake County. He then completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2002 from Milwaukee School of Engineering and his Masters of Science in Engineering in Civil Engineering and Mechanics in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He is an Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist certified by A.C.T.A.R.
