Dr. Rodney Newman Isom, Ph.D., C.R.C. is a vocational rehabilitation expert witness in Texas. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certified by Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification. He completed his Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education in 1976 and then earned his Master of Education in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling in 1977 from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas. He then earned his Postgraduate Certification in Rehabilitation Administration in 1994 from the San Diego State University at San Diego, California and subsequently earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Human Rehabilitation in 1997 from the University of Northern Colorado at Greeley, Colorado. Presently, he is the owner of Isom Rehabilitation Consulting at Irving, Texas and Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University at San Diego, California. He is also the Senior Instructor and Adjunct Professor at University of North Texas at Denton, Texas. He also has several publications to his credit.
