He further completed his internship in surgery and his fellowship in surgical pathology from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and the Baptist Memorial Hospital/Campbell Clinic. He also completed residency from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and his second fellowship from the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopedic Hospital. Currently, Dr. Watkins is a staff physician at the Marina Del Rey Hospital at Marina del Rey, California and the USC University Hospital at Los Angles, California. He also serves as the Professor of Clinical Orthopedic Surgery at the USC at Los Angeles, California. He also has several publications to his credit.
