He is also serves as an expert witness and hired to provide medical testimonies in his relevant field of medicine. Dr. Bashuk is paid at a rate of $ 300 per hour for medical review and report. He has invoiced for 10.75 hours for his work to date. His rate of compensation is $ 600 per hour for deposition.
