He has in-depth experience in the development, calibration, and use of hydrodynamic and water quality models (1-D, 2-D, and 3-D) throughout the US in rivers, reservoirs, estuaries, and coastal and ocean environments. Rob has also served as Expert Witness in cases involving hydrology, water rights; and hydrodynamic, sediment transport and chemical fate and transport modeling. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams of professionals, including managing projects, budgets, workflow processes, and quality control and assurance.
