He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1989 from the St. Thomas University and then earned his Master of Science and Master in Technology/Engineering in MOT Program in 1995 from the School of Business and Engineering, University of Miami at Miami, Florida. He then completed Ph.D. in Engineering Management in 2017 from the California Coast University at Santa Ana, California. Currently, Dr. Swope is the Owner at the Swope Reconstruction Corporation Accident Reconstruction Services. Formerly, he also served as a military police officer, police officer, and deputy sheriff and was responsible for investigating or assisting with investigating many automobile accidents. He also has been part of several conferences and has numerous publications to his credit. He resides in Florida.com
