He also served as the Senior Resident and the Chief Resident from 1973 to 1974 at the Boston Veterans Administration Hospital, Boston University Hospital. Currently, Dr. Rubenstein practices Clinical and Forensic Neurology at the Plaza One Office Building at Richmond, California. He served as the Associate and Acting Chief, Neurology Service, Martinez Veterans at the Administration Hospital at Martinez, California. He also has few publications to his credit. He resides in California.com
