Richard Arnold Rubenstein

Dr. Richard Arnold Rubenstein, M.D. is a neurology expert witness from California. He has an active medical practitioner’s license from the state of California. Currently, Dr. Rubenstein practices Clinical and Forensic Neurology at the Plaza One Office Building at Richmond, California. He served as the Associate and Acting Chief, Neurology Service, Martinez Veterans at the Administration Hospital at Martinez, California. He also has few publications to his credit.
